On Wednesday room seven made there own water cycle.
We needed...
Ice
A glass jar
Plastic bag
Boiling water,and a Match
.
First we poured the boiling water in the jar. Then we put 4 bits of ice in the plastic bag,lit a match stick and dropped the match stick in the jar to create clouds. We quickly put the bag of ice in the jar and shut the lid,and made rain over night which is called precipitation.

The Water Cycle song
We have been looking at how water changes from a solid to a liquid to a gas, this week. Today we made our own water cycle in a jar.
Here is a song which might help us remember what happens in the water cycle.
Listen out for the "Shun" words!!

A Big Hello from Me!
Hello to all in Room 7 and anyone that follows this blog!
My Name is Mrs Thomas , and I will be teaching this wonderful class for the remainder of this year!
We have been back to term 3 for only 2 days but we have been very busy.
The children have noticed a few changes to the classroom and to routines but we are getting to know each other really quickly.
I shall be assigning some Bloggers tomorrow and they will be telling you what we have been up to and share some photos.
Watch this Space!!
See you soon
