Mia was awarded our Physically Active Learner Award.
Mia took part n the Weetbix Tryathlon, loves Rippa Rugby, does very well in the cross country each year, and our games of 'crocodile, crocodile' and Scatter Ball just wouldn't be the same without her big smile. Mia combines a competitive spirit with a strong sense of fair-play. Well Done Mia!
We read The Rainbow Fish stories and they had some great messages about RESPECT for us.
If you are nice to others it actually makes YOU feel great too!
Respect - you have to give it to get it!
We are ALL important
It’s ok to be different
Listen to the advice of others…especially those that have been around a bit longer!
If you behave in ways that show you are friendly and polite then others will want to spend time with you.
Don’t judge people too quickly…if they make a mistake give them a chance to change.
You can show others how you would like them to behave by modelling the good behaviours yourself.
Don’t ‘go along with the crowd’ if what they are doing is making someone feel bad.
Try to understand how others are feeling.
Always treat others the way you would like to be treated!
